CMYK and RGB color
RGB color, red, green, and blue light are added together in various ways to reproduce a broad array of colors. The main purpose of the RGB color model is for the sensing, representation, and display of images in electronic systems, such as televisions and computers, though it has also been used in conventional photography
CMYK refers to the four inks used in some color printing: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key black.
Graphic Designers need to understand what this is and how it effects them when designing.

A2 Printing
I had a quick look to see the options for printing colour A2 and here is what was found. I have not used any of these printers so use at your own risk!
All Printers the world over require CMYK files NOT RGB so I would recommend you make a PDF from Indesign. If in doubt give them a ring and ask!
These are dead cheap (even cheaper if you send in more than one print - saves postage MIN £1.94 - MAX £3.99)
A2 230gsm Matt Posters £3.25
A2 260gsm Satin Posters £3.20
A2 120gsm Budget Posters £2.70

These seem cheap as well

This Printer seems to print A2 for £10 inc VAT and Delivery

This one is £12
